Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns for faulty items. Report faults within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We will assess and, if verified, offer repair, replacement, or refund.
Return shipping for verified faults will be covered. If we request a return, we’ll provide instructions and any return authorisation.
We don’t accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse. Return shipping for non-fault returns is the buyer’s responsibility, and such returns are accepted only at our discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received unless the fault prevents this. Items damaged by misuse, unauthorised modifications, or battery leakage may be excluded.
